Lower fees
Most search firms charge 25-33% of the hired candidate's total first-year cash compensation, including salary and bonus, and they require a substantial initial payment plus additional payments during the search. In contrast, we charge 18% of the hired candidate's first-year base salary, and our fee is payable in only two installments: $2500 at search initiation, with the balance due when a candidate accepts the employment offer.

We pay our own expenses
Search firms usually expect clients to pay for the travel, entertainment, and administrative expenses the firms incur during a search. But we believe that managing the process efficiently, and dealing with our own expenses, is our responsibility. Our clients pay only for such expenses as candidate travel.

A great guarantee
We guarantee that the candidate hired on our recommendation will remain with the client for at least one year. If not, we'll present another qualified candidate at no additional fee.
